Heritage Restoration: The Jeffs Residence
Developer James Evans, a long-time resident of the Commercial Drive neighbourhood in Vancouver, takes on the challenge of restoring one of the oldest buildings in the community, the Jeffs Residence. But in order to finance this heritage restoration project, he must move this massive wooden house 20 feet across the property to make room for condominiums elsewhere on the lot.
